Notification by email about acceptance/rejection and mode of presentation by 5th June.
The presenting author of accepted abstracts must register before 30th June in order to get a reduction of 50% in the registration fee.

Call for papers
Following the success of the First Conference we are now organizing the 2nd Conference of Behavioural Medicine and Animal Welfare, which will take place in Lisbon, the 22nd-23rd and 29th-30th September 2012.
In this second edition two main themes will be discussed in two different weekends: behavioural medicine and welfare of companion animals, particularly the dog and cat (22nd-23rd September) and behavioural medicine and welfare of horses and farm animals (29th-30th September).
PsiAnimal Board and the Scientific Committee invite scientists and practitioners from all related disciplines to submit abstracts on any of the scientific topics selected this year. We are seeking papers that describe original research and practice in the field of Animal Behaviour and Welfare, as well as clinical cases, reviews, works-in-progress and even abstracts that discuss novel and thought-provoking ideas.
The presenting author of accepted abstracts is entitled to a reduction of 50% in the registration fee.
Presentation Award - Prizes for the best Spoken presentations will be distributed during the conference.
